At Keeks, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your selection isn't quite right, we are committed to making your exchange or refund as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping box and secure it firmly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
